Tracy was released after serving 10 years. While incarcerated she helped create a recovery program for women in prison. She is excited to be home and reunite with her 21-year-old daughter who will graduate from LSU next year.
Andris
Andris is embracing his second chance after spending 20 years in prison. He has experience working as a forklift operator and is looking forward to working in the construction industry and spending time with his grandchildren.
Leotis
Leotis is making the most of his second chance after 20 years of incarceration. While in prison, he earned culinary arts and landscaping certifications. He is eager to find work in either industry and in his free time he loves to be active by walking and exercising outdoors.
Kevin
Kevin spent 20 years in prison before being getting his second chance. While there, he worked as a carpenter, landscaper and brick layer. He is excited to pursue landscaping work and spend time with his daughter.
James
James was given a life without parole sentence when he was 17 years old. After 30 years he was released. While incarcerated, he taught recovery classes to other men in prison and earned certifications in carpentry and welding. His goal is to build a career in carpentry.
