Derek was released after spending 25 years in prison. While incarcerated he helped create a domestic violence program, worked in the infirmary, and mentored troubled youth. He is excited to start working for a generator company in Baton Rouge.
Darrell
While incarcerated Darrell prepared for his second chance. He earned certifications in both plumbing and electrical trades and is excited to pursue employment. In his spare time, he loves to play chess.
Steve
Steve received his second chance and hopes to use his welding skills to find employment in Texas where he grew up. He enjoys reading in his spare time.
