After being released from prison and finishing Parole Project's residential reentry phase, Joe is looking forward to going to driving school to get his commercial driver's license.
Lionel
Lionel is embracing his second chance after spending 25 years in prison. He returned home on his birthday and is excited to spend time with his twin brother, nieces and reconnect with his son. While incarcerated, he earned certifications in computer training and digital literacy.
Dutch
After 20 years of incarceration, Dutch is thrilled to be home and reunited with his son and daughter. While in prison, he earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a triple minor in sociology, business administration and business management.
Steve
Steve earned his second chance after 32 years in prison. While incarcerated, he was a reentry mentor, earned two degrees, 17 vocational certifications, and worked in the prison's hospice program. His long-term goal is to use the skills he has learned to mentor others returning home from prison.
Ralph
Ralph came to Parole Project after being released from prison and is looking forward to working in property restoration. He is also excited about reconnecting with his children and grandchildren.
David
David is embracing his second chance after being incarcerated for 18 years. While in prison, he earned an OSHA certification and now has a dream of opening his own Sno-Ball stand.
Thomas
After 28 years, Thomas received his second chance and is eager to reunite with his three daughters and six grandchildren, who he has remained close with while incarcerated.
Dolph
While in prison, Dolph worked in the greenhouse tending to plants. He is excited to be home and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.
