Frank Kang joined Parole Project as a reentry specialist in May 2025. He is dedicated to helping clients with their second chances by providing individualized support and guidance as they navigate life post-incarceration.
When he was 18 years old, Frank was sentenced to life in prison without parole. After 25 years he received his second chance. Now, tapping into his lived experience, he uses that knowledge and empathy to impact the lives of those he serves, guiding them through the challenges of re-entry.
Frank is also a published author and, when not working, loves to cook Korean BBQ.
