Estefan is a reentry court participant who is embracing his second chance. While incarcerated, he earned a certification in welding and is hopeful to find employment in the field.
Robert
After 24 years in prison, Robert earned his second chance. He is an experienced mechanic and laborer.
Jason
While incarcerated, Jason prepared for his second chance. Prior to prison, he spent five years in the National Guard before being honorably discharged. His goal is to work as a carpenter.
Shawn
Shawn was given a life without parole sentence when he was 15 years old. After 32 years in prison, he received his second chance. While incarcerated, he earned welding and CPR certifications along with faith-based and recovery certifications. He plans to move to Thibodeaux and earn his commercial driver's license.
